Return Policy:
- Returns are accepted up to 30 days after purchase
- Items must be in restockable condition(i.e., no damage, bent corners, tears, writing, etc.)
- It is the customer's responsibility to rewrap merchandise for return shipping to avoid potential damage during transit. Damaged returns will not be refunded.
- Customer is required to pay all return shipping costs. Approved returns should be sent through USPS, FedEx, or UPS to: Child1st Publications LLC, 2150 Plainfield Ave, NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49505.
Non-returnable Items
- File downloads of any kind may not be returned or exchanged
- Digital products may not be returned
- Posters may not be returned
- Beyond Sight Word Activities are not eligible for return or exchange
Changing or Cancelling an Order
If you would like to cancel or make a change to an order you’ve already placed, please email us at orders@child1st.com. Changes and cancellations can be made before your item is shipped!
