SnapWords® are the most effective way to teach any child to recognize and comprehend high-frequency words. Because there is such an emphasis in our schools on children being able to fluently read lists of sight words, we have focused on this skill but have added the other components of reading: alphabetic principle, phonemic awareness, phonics, writing, spelling, critical thinking, and comprehension. So, if you want to take your children beyond just reading words, reach for Beyond Sight Words Activities

Some children benefit tremendously from hearing themselves clearly as they read. Children with hearing loss, auditory processing difficulties, or children who are very active will benefit. Using a sound amplifying device, like one of our reading phones, will also help your child as he or she practices fluency.
