Shipping & Order Info

Rates:

  • Online orders: Our store is linked to UPS and USPS. All shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the products ordered as well as the package destination.
  • Purchase Orders: All purchase orders have standard shipping rates, find them HERE.

    • USPS Priority Mail 1-Day
    • USPS Priority Mail Express 1-Day
  • USPS International
  • UPS – Used for all purchase orders

Tracking an Order: After submitting an order online, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Use that number to track your package from Child1st Publications all the way to your doorstep!

International:

  • All international orders are sent USPS International
  • Free shipping options do not apply to international orders
  • To calculate shipping, build a cart and proceed to the first part of the checkout process. After putting in your shipping address, our site will be able to calculate the amount for shipping.

Invoices and Sales Receipts

  • Please email info@child1st.com to request a copy of your invoice or sales receipt.
  • Invoices are created for non-internet orders only. If you have placed an order online, you will receiver an email copy of your sales receipt. Please log in to your account to print a copy.

Download Policy:

It is against copyright law to print multiple copies to distribute to others.

All downloads are final sale. Once purchased, they cannot be returned nor exchanged for other products - no exceptions.

*Once a download is purchased, an email will be sent to you with a link to the file. Please download this file and save immediately as the link does expire within a few short days of purchasing. (If the email does not appear in your inbox within a few minutes or purchasing, please check to be sure it did not go into your spam folder.)

    Delivery Issues:

    • What should I do if my package arrives damaged?
      • Child1st takes great pride in safely packing our orders so that they arrive to your doorstep ready to use! However, accidents can happen. If you experience a packaging issue, please take a picture of the package and contact us and we will be happy to assist you!

    • What should I do if the tracking shows that the package is having delivery issues?
      • Contact your local post office. Once they have possession of the order, they will be able to assist you with the shipment.

     

    • Incorrect Shipping Address:
      • If an incorrect shipping address is given to us and the package gets returned to Child1st, the customer is responsible for the return postage and the cost to ship the package out again to the corrected address.
      • Media Mail is a free shipping option that we offer to our customers. If incorrect shipping information is entered and the package is returned, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and the cost to resend. Once the shipping costs are paid, we will ship the package again to the correct address. Refusal to pay for shipping will result in the order being refunded, minus the original shipping cost and return shipping cost.
