Easy-for-Me™ Children's Readers, Set C builds on Easy-for-Me™ Sets A and B with increasing difficulty in sound spellings (phonics concepts). Sounds include long and short spellings for OO, OY and OI, R Controlled spellings, OW and OU, and so much more. If students have read Sets A and B, they will be ready for all Set C has to offer!
This Set of Readers also teaches over 120 new Snapwords® from Lists C and Nouns 1. This Set of Readers is designed to encourage and support students as they become skillful and confident readers.
In addition to teaching phonics concepts and sight word recognition together, Easy-for-Me™ Children's Readers focus on comprehension and fluency. Some comprehension questions trigger memory of story details, but others will prompt children to think critically about ideas not directly in the text.
